Day- 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the vibrant streets of Kathmandu and preparing for the trek.
Day- 2
preparation for trek and sightseeing around world heritage sites of Kathmandu valley
Today we will do shopping for the trek ;we are going for. And doing shopping we will visit the world heritage site that are located within Kathmandu valley like Kathmandu durbar square, pashupatinath temple, swayambhunath stupa.
Day-3
Fly to Lukla (2,800m) and Trek to Phakding (2,652m)
We take an early morning scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where the trek begins. After landing at the Lukla airstrip, we start trekking towards Phakding, a beautiful village situated along the Dudh Koshi River. Overnight stay in Phakding.
Day- 4
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges and passing through pine forests. We reach Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa town and gateway to the Everest region. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.
Day- 5
Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Today is a rest day to acclimatize to the high altitude. We can explore the vibrant markets of Namche Bazaar, visit the Sherpa Museum, or hike to the nearby Everest View Hotel for stunning panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
Day- 6
Trek to Tengboche (3,870m)
We continue our trek, enjoying the breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, and Thamserku along the way. We visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, one of the oldest and most sacred monasteries in the region. Overnight stay in Tengboche.
Day-7
Trek to Dingboche (4,360m)
The trail descends through rhododendron forests and crosses the Imja Khola. We gradually ascend to Dingboche, a picturesque village offering stunning views of Ama Dablam and other surrounding peaks. Overnight stay in Dingboche.
Day- 8
Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Another rest day is scheduled for acclimatization. We can take a short hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung, providing us with magnificent views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.
Day- 9
Trek to Gokyo (4,750m) via Cho La Pass (5,420m)
Today is a challenging day as we cross the high mountain pass of Cho La. We traverse glaciers and steep rocky paths before descending to the beautiful Gokyo Valley. Overnight stay in Gokyo.
Day-10
Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,357m) and Rest Day in Gokyo
We wake up early to hike up Gokyo Ri, a vantage point offering panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and the stunning Gokyo Lakes. After descending, we spend the rest of the day exploring the lakes and enjoying the serene environment
Day-11
Trek to Thagnak (4,700m)
We leave Gokyo behind and trek towards Thagnak, a small settlement nestled at the foot of the Ngozumpa Glacier. The glacier offers remarkable views and adds to the adventure of the trek. Overnight stay in Thagnak.
Day-12
Trek to Dzongla (4,830m) via Cho La Pass
We continue our journey and cross yet another high pass, the Cho La Pass. The pass offers spectacular views of the surrounding peaks before descending to Dzongla. Overnight stay in Dzongla.
Day-13
Trek to Lobuche (4,910m)
Leaving Dzongla, we trek towards Lobuche. The trail gradually ascends, offering panoramic views of the Khumbu Glacier and nearby peaks. Lobuche serves as a popular stopover for trekkers heading to Everest Base Camp. Overnight stay in Lobuche.
Day-14
Trek to Gorak Shep (5,160m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
Today is an exciting day as we trek to Gorak Shep, our final stop before reaching Everest Base Camp. After a brief rest, we continue our journey to the iconic Everest Base Camp, where climbers gather in preparation for their ascent. We soak in the breathtaking surroundings and then trek back to Gorak Shep for overnight stay.
Day-15
Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Trek to Pheriche (4,240m)
We start early in the morning to hike up to Kala Patthar, the renowned viewpoint for close-up views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, and other Himalayan giants. After capturing the mesmerizing sunrise over Everest, we descend to Pheriche for overnight stay.
Day-16
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
We retrace our steps back to Namche Bazaar, enjoying the familiar trail and taking in the mountain scenery. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.
Day-17
Trek to Lukla (2,800m)
We continue our descent, passing through beautiful forests, crossing suspension bridges, and following the Dudh Koshi River. Eventually, we arrive in Lukla, where we reflect on our incredible journey in the Everest region. Overnight stay in Lukla.
Day-18
Fly back to Kathmandu
We take an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, bidding farewell to the mountains and returning to the bustling city. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. You can spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the city or relaxing. Farewell dinner in the evening to celebrate the successful completion of the trek.
Day-19
Departure from Kathmandu
Your adventure comes to an end as we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight. You leave Nepal with unforgettable memories of the Everest with Gokyo Lake Trek.
